Tattoo artist Kevin Bostick has been arrested, accused of sexually assaulting multiple clients.

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A mistrial was declared due to a hung jury in the case of an Abilene tattoo artist accused of sexual assault.

Kevin Bostick went on trial last week in Taylor County on two counts of sexual battery in connection with the allegations.

The jury was unable to reach a verdict, resulting in a mistrial.

In February 2022, a woman came forward claiming she was sexually assaulted by Bostick while he was tattooing her at Happy Dragon Tattoo on S 14th Street.

While investigating the February incident, state investigators discovered from the documents that another victim had come forward in May 2020, alleging Bostick sexually assaulted her while also giving her a tattoo.
